How can I pay for my order?
At eBuffet.com, we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or you can use Google Checkout if you prefer. Your credit card will only be charged when your item is shipped to you. (If you have a gift certificate, it will be redeemed when your item ships).
How much do I pay for shipping on a buffet?
At eBuffet, we appreciate your business, and we show our thanks by providing FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to California. Please contact us about shipping quotes for Canada or other international orders, and be sure to include the item number and the complete shipping address in your email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times for FREE shipping on our buffets are calculated based on the product's availability, the size of the item and your location. You can click on “calculate my shipping date” during the online checkout process for your estimated delivery dates, or you can also check your e-mail purchase confirmation for your estimated delivery dates.
Can I track my order?

What color is the buffet? Can I get a sample of the wood?
Here at eBuffet, we do our best to give you the best product descriptions that we can, and we provide high quality pictures of all our buffets. If needed, we can send you a sample of the wood and finish so that you can find the perfect buffet for your home. We will include a pre-paid, addressed envelope for you to send the sample back to us when are done with it. At eBuffet, we want to make sure you are getting the right buffet for your interior design, so please let the customer service representative know if you would like to have a sample sent to you.
Will the buffet require assembly?
Most of our buffets do not require major assembly, but some items may require minimal assembly. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions. Typical tools that you may need to have on hand include a hammer, an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. Please contact us if you would like to check on the assembly needed for a specific buffet.

Is there a Manufacturer's Warranty? What if my buffet arrives damaged?
Here at eBuffet, we stand behind all of our manufacturers’ warranties. If you would like detailed information on a specific buffet's warranty, please contact our customer service department. In the unlikely event that your buffet is not in perfect condition or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our customer service department to determine your eligibility for a return/exchange before packing and returning your item. Once permitted to return your buffet(s), please make sure that they are shipped in a traceable form, insured and in the original packaging.
