Once up a time there was a man who lived in a circular house. Everything about him was circular, and the one thing he just could not tolerate was furniture that did not complement his house. The man was also obsessive compulsive and refused to ever throw anything away. So some neighborhood trouble makers saved up their money and bought a corner buffet hutch. They had the corner hutch delivered to this man's circular house. When the man opened the door he was horrified at the box's shape. He did not know what to do at first. Finally, after several hours he dragged the box into his house. Moments later there was a loud scream, so the boys peered into the man's window and saw him running about frantically. He was pushing and pulling that corner buffet hutch all around his house trying to find a place to put it, but he did not have any corners to put it in. In pure agony the man started pulling out his hair. The boys began to laugh, and the man noticed them outside his window and yelled "sic' em!" His pot bellied pig then went on a rampage. The boys ran as the pig chased them off his property.
Once alone with the corner buffet hutch, the man began to really inspect it. He played with the drawers, the cabinets. Studied its finish, its delicate handcraftsmanship, its fine paint job, and suddenly he smiled. All that night all kinds of crazy noises were heard coming from his house, it was as if a demolition was going on. The next day the boys returned to the man's house to see if he was still up in arms, and what they found shocked them to the core. There stood a giant square where the circular house had once stood. Everything about the house was squared; squared bushes, squared car, even the pot bellied pig was replaced with a box cow. The boys decided to sneak up and take a look inside the house one more time. Looking into the house was like looking into another dimension, everything, every single thing was in the shape of a square. The boys looked to the right and there snuggled up in a corner was the corner buffet hutch they had bought him. The corner buffet hutch was in fact one of the centerpieces of the entire house. The boys were so mad about the outcome of the corner buffet hutch that they hatched a new plan. The next day they sent him a truck full of basket balls. Outsmarting the boys, the man deflated all the basketballs and glued them into the shape of a square.
The moral of this story is that whoever buys or gets a corner hutch will find that their entire life will change for the better. The boys stripped the man from his fear of squares, and by doing so cause him to try something new.
